Wellspring is led by a team of elders who oversee the church. As a team, we always seek consensus on every decision and hold one another accountable to living a life worthy of the Gospel.

Dustin Aguilar

Dustin has been the Lead Pastor since December 2021. He’s been married to Tina since 2010, and together they have two kids: Abigail and Aaron. Dustin is a husband, father, preacher, dancer, beatboxer, rapper, writer… sometimes all at once.

Ray DeBord

Ray DeBord was a founding member of Wellspring and has been an elder since 2013. He’s been married to Diana since 1963, and together they have two kids: Nathan and Pam. His favorite activity is Kairos prison ministry, and he spent his career as a High School basketball coach before he retired.

Joe Weeks

Joe Weeks has been an elder at Wellspring since 2008. He’s been married to Christina since 2006, and together they have two kids: Gracie and Ava. His favorite activities include mountain biking, finding deals on Craigslist and spending time with the girls. He works full-time in product strategy for a data analytics company.

Paul McDowell

Paul is a 2x elder with Wellspring, his first tenure starting the same time as Joe Weeks in 2008 and then once again starting in 2021 after he and his wife Laura returned from work overseas. Paul married his wife Laura in 1986 & they have 2 daughters.
