The following are instructions on how Kids Ministry will work from September 29 and beyond. These instructions are long and detailed, but you only need to focus on the part that pertains to you and your family's choice of service and small group. 

PLEASE NOTE: September 29 is a Family Worship (5th) Sunday, which means things will be different on that day than any other Sunday.

FAMILY WORSHIP (5th) SUNDAY ONLY INSTRUCTIONS: This applies to 5th Sundays only...

Kids 5 & older will join their parents in the adult service during both the 9 a.m. and the 11 a.m. services.  

CHILD CARE will be available for 4 & younger and for kids of parents attending a small group during each service.  

HERE'S WHAT TO DO ON SEPTEMBER 29, FAMILY WORSHIP SUNDAY, IF...

1. You are attending the 9 am service and going to your small group at 11 am:

• 8:45 AM:

• Check-in your kids on one of the check-in computers.

• Drop off your 4 & younger kids in the Brook. 

• Bring your 5 & older kids with you to Worship.

• 10:30 AM:

• Drop off your 5 & older kids in the Activity Center for child care during your small group.

• 4 & younger kids can remain in the Brook the entire time. 

• 12:30 PM:

• Pick up your 4 & younger kids from the Brook.

• Pick up your 5 & older kids from the Activity Center. 

2. You are going to your small group at 9 am and attending the 11 am service:

• 8:45 AM:

• Check-in your kids on one of the check-in computers.

• Drop off your 4 & younger kids in the Brook.

• Drop off your 5 & older kids in the Activity Center. 

• At 10:30 am - Pick up your 5 years & older kids and take them with you to the Worship Center.  

• 4 & younger can remain in the Brook. 

• 12:30 PM:

• Pick up your 4 & younger kids from the Brook.

3. You are attending the 9 am service and NOT going to a small group:

• 8:45 AM:

• Check-in your kids on one of the check-in computers.

• Drop off your 4 & younger kids in the Brook.

• Bring your 5 & older kids with you to the Worship Center.  

• 10:30 AM:

• Pick up your 4 & younger kids from the Brook. 

4. You are attending the 11 AM service and NOT going to a small group:

• 10:45 AM:

• Check-in your kids on the check-in computers

• Drop off your 4 & younger kids in the Brook.

• Bring your 5 & older kids with you to the Worship Center.  

• 12:30 PM:

• Pick up your 4 & younger kids from the Brook.

REGULAR (NOT A 5TH) SUNDAY KIDS MINISTRY INSTRUCTIONS: 

HERE'S WHAT TO DO ON REGULAR SUNDAYS IF...

1. You are attending the 9 am service and going to your small group at 11 am:

• 8:45 AM:

• Check-in your kids on one of the check-in computers.

• Drop off your 5 & younger kids in the Brook.

• Drop off your 6 & older kids in the Activity Center.

• 10:30 AM:

• Pick up your 30 months - 5 year olds and drop them off in the Stream for Kids Church.

• The 6-12 year olds will remain in the Activity Center. At 11:30 AM, the leaders will take them to their regular Kids Church class. 

• 29 months & younger kids can remain in the Brook the entire time. 

• 12:30 PM:

• Pick up your kids from their regular Kids Church classes.

2. You are going to your small group at 9 am and attending the 11 am service:

• 8:45 AM:

• Check-in your kids on the check-in computers.

• Drop off your 5 & younger kids in the Brook.

• Drop off your 6 & older kids in the Activity Center.

• 10:30 AM:

• Pick up your 30 months - 5 year olds and drop them off in the Stream for Kids Church.

• Pick up your 6 & older kids and take them with you to the Worship Center.  They will be dismissed to their Kids Church class after worship. 

• 29 months & younger can remain in the Brook. 

• 12:30 PM:

• Pick up your kids from their regular Kids Church classes. 

3. You are attending the 9 am service and not going to a small group:

• 8:45 AM

• Check-in your kids on the check-in computers.

• Please note that there is no Kids Church during the 9 a.m. service; only child care is available. Kids of all ages are always welcome to join their parents in the service instead of going to childcare. 

• Drop off your 5 & younger kids in the Brook.

• Drop off your 6 & older kids in the Activity Center.

• 10:30 AM:

• Pick up your kids from the same classrooms where they were dropped off. 

4. You are attending the 11 am service and not going to a small group:

• 10:45 AM:

• Check-in your kids on the check-in computers.

• Drop off your 29 months & younger kids in the Brook.

• Drop off your 30 months - 5 year old kids in the Stream for Kids Church.

• Bring your 6 years & older kids with you to the Worship Center. They will be dismissed to their Kids Church classes after worship. 

• 12:30 PM:

• Pick up your kids from their regular Kids Church classrooms.
