We believe that every Christian is called to Serve in their Local Church.

The Holy Spirit distributes all kinds of gifts amongst the Body of Christ (The Church) & God’s Church can only operate healthily when all members are using their gifts to serve one another.

We believe that YOU have gifts from the Lord and a call to serve the Kingdom through your local church.

We have also seen that Serving in a Local Church is one of the best ways to build a sense of belonging with fellow believers and members of the Body.

Types of Serve Teams

Here at Wellspring, we have 2 different types of Serve Teams - Ministry Teams & Support Teams.

Support Teams engage in making Wellspring safe, hospitable, and help visitors get connected to the church.
These teams are open to all members of good standing at Wellspring.

Ministry Teams engage in spiritual leadership over specific ministries in the church.
These teams are open to members that are deeply connected in relationship in the Body and have a proven history of spiritual maturity during their time at Wellspring. After applying for a Ministry Team, these members will be vetted and trained for their specific ministry before engaging in spiritual leadership in that arena.
